All refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. You are not guaranteed a refund. Refunds will not be issued for any item after 5 days of being delivered. Double L Designs is NOT responsible for any packages that are misdelivered, lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address. If you notice the address that was provided is wrong before its been shipped please reach out so I can change it before it has been sent.

All returns will be assessed on a case by case basis. All returns of items must be done within 5 days of receiving your package, the returning item must show no signs of damage or use. Once the item has been returned, you'll receive a refund for the item but NOT shipping. Double L Designs will not swap your returning item for a new or different item.

Cancallations on orders are not accepted, once an order is complete, it cannot be cancelled. If your order needs to be edited please reach out and we will help fix it.

For any broken items, you must reach out within 5 days of receiving your order to receive a solution, any orders past the five days will not replaced or refunded.

If the order your received is incorrect, please reach out so we can fix it for you!
