Processing Times

First off, thank you so much for making a purchase from Double L - You made my day! Im sure you're wondering "When am I going to get my package?!" 

Here's some details of about how long it takes me to fulfill your order and why. 

-All orders have roughly a 2 week turnaround time. Turnaround time is the amount of time that it takes me to make/pack/ship the order. 

-If the money for your order has come out of your banking account and you've received an order number. I have received your order and will start working on it as soon as I can.

-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you receive this email you can expect your package in 3-5 USPS business days.

-I receive multiple orders a day. I am so grateful for the love and support that I get, but please understand that this is why my turnaround time is so long.

-I am a one woman show, I run every aspect of this business by myself, so please be courteous when asking me about your order status. 

-Please be sure that it has been 2 weeks since you placed your order before reaching out to me about the status of it. 

-When you email about the status please provide your order number, date of purchase and your name.

-I do not guarantee a response to any emails/DMs/comments about order status if it has not been 2 weeks since you placed your order.
